Sky Bazaar trades in fun, not data. We have no marketplace for your personal information, no broker relationships, and no advertising exchange partnerships. The only transaction that ever takes place here is you having a good time.

1. About Sky Bazaar

Sky Bazaar is a free, browser-based airship trading arcade game. This Privacy Policy explains what data is involved when you visit and play, and what rights you have in relation to it.

localStorage (your device only): Your high score and in-game preferences are stored in your browser. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Server access logs: When your browser requests the game page our hosting server automatically records a standard log entry containing your IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are retained only for security and uptime purposes and are purged on a rolling schedule.

We collect no names, email addresses, location data, payment details, or any other personal identifier.

We also note that Sky Bazaar contains no in-game purchases, loot boxes, or microtransaction mechanics. There is nothing to buy and therefore no payment data is ever solicited or processed.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to persist your high score between sessions on the same device. You may delete this data at any time through your browser’s privacy settings.

4. How we use data

Server log data is used only to keep Sky Bazaar running reliably, diagnose errors, and block malicious traffic. It is never used for advertising, behavioural profiling, or sale to any third party.

All code, fonts, images, and scripts used by Sky Bazaar are served from our own infrastructure. No third-party service receives any data signal from your visit to this game.

7. Your rights

Your game data lives in your own browser under your own control. Since we hold no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our end.
